Tell us about a store that's breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.

What to report

Report any Easel store that:

  • Sells prohibited products, such as illegal goods, counterfeits, weapons, or drugs
  • Runs a prohibited business, such as an MLM, predatory lending, or surveillance tools
  • Spreads misinformation, such as about vaccines or the climate
  • Promotes hatred or discrimination against a group of people
  • Infringes intellectual property
  • Commits fraud or deceives customers
  • Spams or phishes
  • Abuses Easel's systems

How to report

Email abuse@easel.engineering with:

  • The store's address: the full URL
  • What's wrong: which rule it's breaking
  • Evidence: screenshots, product listings, or anything else that shows the problem
  • How to reach you: optional, but it helps if we have questions

What happens next

  • We review every report within 72 hours.
  • We look into the store and collect evidence.
  • If it's breaking the rules, we remove the content, suspend the account, or terminate it.
  • If you gave us a way to reach you, we'll tell you the outcome.

Reporting anonymously

You don't need to give your name or contact details. Anonymous reports get the same attention.

False reports

Only report real violations. If you repeatedly file false or malicious reports, we may restrict your own account.
