Tell us when a store is breaking our Acceptable Use Policy.

What to Report

Please report any Easel stores or users that:

  • Sell prohibited products (illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, drugs)
  • Use prohibited business models (MLM schemes, predatory lending, surveillance tools)
  • Spread misinformation (vaccine misinformation, climate denial)
  • Promote hatred or discrimination against specific groups
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Spam or phish customers
  • Abuse our technical systems

How to Report

Email us at: abuse@easel.engineering

To help us investigate quickly, please include:

  • Store URL: The full web address of the problematic store
  • Specific violation: What policy or rule is being broken
  • Evidence: Screenshots, product descriptions, or other documentation
  • Your contact info: In case we need clarification (optional but helpful)

What Happens Next

Response time: We review all reports within 48-72 hours.

Investigation: We'll examine the reported store and gather evidence.

Action: Violations result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

Follow-up: We'll email you about the outcome if you provided contact information.

Anonymous Reporting

You don't need to give your name or contact information. Anonymous reports get the same attention as the rest.

False Reports

Please only report genuine violations. Repeatedly filing false or malicious reports may result in your own account being restricted from using our services.
